Write to peakappsstudios@gmail.com and tell us your iPhone model, iOS version and, for an import problem, the web address. We answer within two days.

A link did not import

Some sites do not allow apps to read their pages, or have no recipe on the page. Copy the recipe text from the page and use Add > From text instead.

Scanning reads the page badly

Hold the phone straight above the page with good light and the page flat. Check and fix the result before saving.

A timer did not ring

Allow notifications for Ovenly in Settings > Notifications. A timer started in cook mode rings when its time is up, also with the phone locked, unless Focus or silent modes mute it.

Move recipes to a new phone

Me > Save a backup, send the file to yourself, then on the new phone Me > Restore a backup.

Restore a purchase

Me > Restore purchases, or on the paywall. Use the Apple Account you bought with.

Cancel a subscription

Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Ovenly Pro > Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.

Delete your data

Ovenly > Me > Delete all my data. Or delete the app.
